    'Having tried PT before I can honestly say Ben is by far one of the best.'
    The first session we didn't even hit a machine but instead discussed what I wanted to get out of the program, took measurements, flexibility tests, weights etc etc and a program was then built around me. It's not just about the gym either, Ben gives you a home work out too unlike some other PT's ( who seem stop once the hour is up) along with a food diary...that's the hard bit though! I'm also learning a new vocabulary in complaining as so many words keep getting banned and forfeits given....all part of the fun! Affordable - yes Friendly - definitely yes
