What is DANCEFIT?    

DANCEFIT is a 45 minute aerobic workout.

Learning dance movements to perform a routine to great music! Not only does this class improve your cardiovascular fitness, and muscle tone. It also improves your muscle memory. Movements are clearly demonstrated and repeated to get the correct technique and options are given to increase intensity when you’re ready. 

Dance Fit is for all abilities, with no experience necessary.

It’s all about working out your whole body whilst most importantly, having fun!
