    'My fitness and strength has gone through the roof!'
    I would recommend Ben to anyone who is thinking of taking the next step into having a personal trainer. His way of pushing you and getting the best out of you is amazing. I imagined a PT would be like a drill sergeant but Ben’s approach is not like that at all he’s very supportive. Ben puts amazing programs together for you both at home and for the gym. My fitness and strength has gone through the roof! Ben got me ready for my first 10km. To show just what type of person Ben is, he ran the 10K with me. And when I say with, I mean step by step. For that race alone I can’t thank him enough. I now run my own running club and circuits class which i am loving!
